It Took A While But It's A Done Deal

After six months of fighting the system, Juan was able to retire from the prepa (high school).  He started the year it was opened, 30 years ago.  He is the first to retire from the school so many teachers were sad to see him go.  

He's decompressing now and had his first sleep-in today.  He's going to love it.  We are now making plans for our first year of travel.  First, we'll make two trips to San Miguel de Allende and then an RV trip to South Padre Island for a week before the end of March.  They will start on the pool remodel next week.  

After that who knows.  I am checking daily for the best flights to Spain and other destinations.
