George made this video in 2008. It pretty much sums up what he did and why he did it. A real tribute to a guy some of you met. I never had the chance. Pretty cool dude and I read every post he ever made.
Thanks for sharing that Chris. I've never seen this before. We were lucky to meet George in Valle de Juarez in 2013 when Kevin & Ruth were there. It was like meeting "blogging royalty". He will be missed. A life well lived.....
Sad about our friend George but not unexpected I suppose.....In the back of my mind I knew it wasn't going to be good....He passed doing what he loved and always busy....Hope Little Bit is doing ok....Take care, Chris and Juan....Marilyn
Oh Sweetheart thank you for posting this. I'd not seen it, and it's perfect, simply perfect. Tears streamed down my face a I watched, yet I realized I was smiling too. Such a good man he was. What an example of How to Be, How to Live. I can't recall exactly when I started reading his blog, or how I even found it. But he's the one that got me dreaming about life in an RV, and I sought out other blogs that spoke of it. And somehow along the way I found you. What gifts he gave! I'm forever thankful for this kind, sweet, generous man, and for the ones he led me to.
